At Serene Digital, we have established diverse payment systems to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients. One such system is our deposit policy, which mandates deposits for orders surpassing $100. A specific percentage is assigned to each project and is payable before services commence. Further guidance on settling the remaining balance will be provided during consultations, as payment requirements vary for each service. Additionally, we offer a payment plan alternative to cater to clients seeking a more adaptable payment option.


Cancellation of orders is deemed unacceptable and will not be eligible for a refund. Should an emergency situation arise, prompt notification is imperative. In the event of a verifiable emergency, each order may be excused for a period not exceeding 5 business days. Exceeding this grace period will incur a restart fee per order.


Each service offered has a specified turnaround time. The indicated dates serve as a general estimate. While we strive to meet our deadlines consistently, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally necessitate an extension of the turnaround time. Factors such as unexpected family emergencies or last-minute alterations to the project during its course can contribute to such delays. Recognizing the importance of timeliness, we emphasize the significance of scheduling your appointments in advance. This proactive approach helps prevent time constraints for both you and the designer. It is important to note that work commences only after all required submissions have been received, marking the beginning of the designated turnaround period.


Kindly refrain from sending multiple emails, as this practice is discouraged. Effective communication is essential, so please provide comprehensive details about your business requirements. Our primary mode of contact is via email, and you can anticipate a reply within 1-2 business days. Sending repeated emails may lead to delays in our responses. Timely requests are best addressed by notifying us promptly or selecting a rush order option during checkout. For rush orders, rest assured that we are promptly notified upon purchase, eliminating the need for additional follow-ups. Upon completion of your order or if further clarification is needed, we will reach out to you via email or phone. Should you reserve a service that necessitates providing supplementary information and responding to inquiries, we kindly request your adherence to our policy by completing these additional forms comprehensively. These protocols are implemented to ensure seamless operations on our part. Furthermore, all correspondence will be conducted either through email or over the phone within regular business hours. It is imperative that both our team and customers adhere strictly to our established policies, as no exceptions will be entertained.

As your chosen designers, our primary objective is to exceed customer expectations by diligently ensuring clarity and seamless operations. To achieve this, we diligently provide detailed documentation such as Scope of Work, Project Charters, and contracts via email for your comprehensive understanding. Effective communication is paramount in our service delivery.


All digital documents will be transmitted either through email or a Google Drive link. When submitting images, kindly refrain from using screenshots. It is recommended to download or copy and paste the images before sending them to us. Please avoid sharing any links from iCloud.


Upon completion of each service, a specific follow-up timeframe is allocated. Failure to adhere to the designated timeframe will result in forfeiture of your response privileges, with refunds not being issued. In the event of no response within 30 days, your order will be terminated. To proceed with the original plan, a restart fee is mandatory. An invoice for this fee will be sent separately and is expected to be settled upon receipt.


Concerning digital services, only partial refunds are applicable due to the specific materials provided and the time invested in setting up the order. Once services are initiated, refunds will not be granted if you opt out of the purchased and scheduled services. Customer satisfaction stands as our paramount concern, and we strive to guarantee your contentment with the service rendered.

In the event that a deposit has been made for a service and you choose not to proceed after the design process has commenced or following the project start date, a refund will not be issued. Refunds for printed materials are solely permissible if the delivered product deviates from the agreed specifications. Returned items must be in pristine condition, with all tags intact and unused.

Should a refund be warranted due to an error on our part, a partial reimbursement of the transaction amount will be processed. Any errors attributed to our operations will prompt an immediate shipment of a replacement product at no additional cost to you. Please note that digital services are non-transferable or exchangeable.

We meticulously package and seal all items before dispatch. If your printed services arrive damaged, please address the matter with the shipping service provider (USPS). Refunds for products that have already been shipped will not be issued.


We prioritize addressing this matter seriously. Ensuring that the services you receive match what was originally purchased or booked is our main focus. Please note that we do not accept chargebacks in such cases. Any chargebacks will be contested, and regardless of the result, future bookings with Serene Digital will not be permitted.


Customers who do not engage with us after receiving service proofs will face termination after three unsuccessful contact attempts or within 14 business days. Should a desire to resume services arise after this period, a restart fee will be applicable and detailed in a separate invoice. Failure to communicate for 30 days will lead to termination and a prohibition from accessing or procuring our services.




Serene Digital (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users.  Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.  


For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at

“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can purchase digital items and book graphic design services. 

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company.

“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service. 

By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (found here: Terms & Conditions ), and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.


We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email, web browser, IP address, name, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.

1.   Information collected via Technology

To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do need to submit further Personal Information [,which may include: your full name, billing address, payment information (debit/ credit card numbers, email address]. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis. For example, the Company may use cookies to collect the following information:

IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date/time stamps.

The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser. For example, we store a persistent cookie to track device information.

2.   Information you provide us by registering for an account

In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, and creating a user name and a password. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Children’s Privacy

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow anyone under the age of 18 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Personal Information:


Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to the user's email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

We may share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law. 


Non-Personal Information:


In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.

In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes to the Site so that you may opt out of the new information practices. We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes.  When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. You can also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us in the Contact page of the Site. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by either unsubscribing or opting out in the Contact Page of the Site, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.
